All of our Designers are certified Engagement Practitioners by IAP2 Australasia and are able to directly facilitate the engagement process to understand community needs and build their capacity to design for themselves.
Our approach to engagement also reduces the risk of miscommunication and removes the "middle man" in the co-design process, ensuring they have a direct voice in the design solution.
